• What is your favorite thing about spring? 

                     I love everything about Spring! From the warm sunshine to the new blooms, Spring is full of hope and new beginnings. It’s my favorite season.

• Spring is full of surprises bursting forth, what’s something you’ve found surprising about the publishing industry?

         It’s not surprising now, but initially I was surprised how much time it took to get books into the world.

Andrea’s Bio

Andrea first fell in love with books as a child, searching the dusty shelves of a flea market bookstore and has been on the hunt for her next great read ever since. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Creative Writing, Finance, and Education and is pursuing her Masters. She got her start in publishing in 2016, interning for a literary agent and then a publisher before joining Olswanger Literary as a contracts and research intern. As an agent, Andrea is a passionate advocate for her clients and highly editorial. She is interested in working with authors and illustrators in children’s works – picture books, middle grade, and young adult.
