Fall Writing Frenzy 2020 is almost here!

Hi Math is Everywhere Readers,

I’m jumping with excitement today because the Fall Writing Frenzy is back!

If you participated last year, thank you SO much for making it such an amazing event and creating such a beautiful community.

If you haven’t participated before, you are in for an even bigger treat than free candy from doorsteps!

We have a super fun prompt that can get your creative juices going in a totally different direction than you ever dreamed, a wonderful community of people ready to read your work and encourage your talents, and best of all the most generous prize donors EVER! Each prize donor wants to help you grow your writing talent and they do so by providing a critique of your work!

And this year we have an amazing guest judge! My friend, critique partner, stunning writer, Las Musas mentor, and amazing mom, Donna Barba Higuera!

Head on over to Lydia Lukidis’ blog to get all the info and start your writing! Between Oct 1st and 3rd, post your entry (no more than 200 words!) to your blog and then head over to Lydia’s blog where there will be a special entry post just for the contest! Don’t have a blog? No worries, you can post in the comments section of her blog too and that way other participants can still read your entry and comment on it to encourage you!

This is all about growing. Growing in your writing skills, growing a community, and of course, growing sun flowers (the beautiful sun flower image is generously provided by Suzy Leopold).

I hope to see some social media posts where you tag us (KaitlynLeann17 and @LydiaLukidis) about how excited you are, what progress you’re making with the entry, and of course that you’ve submitted in October!

We can’t wait to read the entries! And please always remember to support the generous donors (once we announce them!) by borrowing or buying their books, reviewing them, and requesting your library carry them!

Thank you all for inspiring me with your camaraderie, generosity, and truly wonderful writing skills! I hope to see an entry from each and every one of you!

Sincerely,

Kaitlyn Leann Sanchez

PS if you haven’t read the blog post about Beth Anderson’s new amazing book (and enter the giveaway) check it out here!
